No. BlockerVibe never connects to your Instagram account. It only detects what is visible on your screen and acts on your behalf. It cannot see your DMs, your followers, or any account data.
Accessibility Service is the only Android permission that allows an app to detect what is on your screen. We use it for one purpose only — detecting Reels, Explore, and suggested content. Nothing else is read, stored, or used.
We monitor Instagram updates closely. When Instagram changes their UI we push an update to BlockerVibe within 48 hours. Make sure automatic updates are enabled.
No. BlockerVibe runs as a lightweight background service. It uses minimal battery and memory. Most users never notice it is running.
Free users cannot toggle blocking on or off — that is by design. You installed this because you wanted protection. We take that seriously. Premium users get one candy window per day — their choice to use it or not. You can fully disable BlockerVibe anytime from your Android Accessibility settings.
Once per day premium users get exactly 15 minutes of unrestricted Instagram access. All blocking pauses. When the timer hits zero blocking returns automatically. It resets at midnight every day. You decide when to use it — it does not open automatically.
BlockerVibe is currently Android only. iPhone does not allow the same system level permissions needed for this to work. We are exploring options for iOS in the future.
